To fill in some wall space, I brought some frames from Adairs, I added some butterflies from a scrapbooking store. The butterflies come on a sheet of paper and you just pop them out. They are in shades of pink and of course green, even some blue ones too. A very quick project, if you don't include the shopping.
After finding this beautiful christmas tree, I came to realise that I need more lights. But definately not baubles, I have way too many, must stop buying christmas baubles. I think its all the bright colours, I really can't stop.
I can't wait to put our tree up this year, have I mentioned we all trek out to the paddocks at the christmas tree farm on a train (well a kind of tractor train with carriages) and we are then set free to wonder and choose a tree of our choice, tag it and then its cut down and taken back for us.
This whole adventure requires the trailer, which means a trip to the tip before the christmas tree farm. Enjoy your day.
Just arrived home from a lovely stay in Singapore, luckily for my family we were travelling home with Singapore Airlines and managed to avoid the engine explosion on the other airline. We enjoyed Universal Studios, a Singapore Sling at Raffles and Halloween celebrations at the zoo, not to mention the fabulous food.
Cakes from the shop at Marina Bay Sands.
My Singapore Sling at Raffles.
Desk in our room. Nice and tidy before we unpacked at Marina Bay Sands
We couldn't get to the pool soon enough. Singapore is very hot, so a dip at the end of the day is a must, and first thing in the morning too. But i did wait till the afternoon dip for cocktails. I enjoy going away, but I really love coming back home too. Now for Christmas.
